anaesthetic specialist registrars who wish to develop a further interest in
management and leadership.
================================================================ The trainee would be expected to have one day per week
dedicated to management and leadership projects, approximately two days per
week of clinical commitment in theatres, and an additional on-call commitment
based in Sutton, with the possibility of some shifts in Chelsea. This equates
to approximately 80% clinical commitment and 20% academic commitment and would
add up to an average 48-hour week.
