Trainee feedback

"Experience of pre-hospital care, scene safety and management, crisis resource management, independent practice, working under austere conditions.
I did the job as stand alone 6 months before applying for registrar jobs but it would be suitable at any stage"

Day-to-day work pattern: "Shift work, days and nights, plenty of days off in between blocks of 4 days on. Act as a Pre-Hospital registrar working in a pair with a full time nurse/paramedic. Consultant support via phone at all times."
