Around two days per week of subspecialty experience in:
Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Surgery
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS)
Thoracic Anaesthesia
Plenty of exposure to both adult and paediatric anaesthesia, giving you a well-rounded experience in managing airways across a diverse range of patients.
Beyond clinical work, you'll have the chance to get involved in:
CICO (Cannot Intubate, Cannot Oxygenate) wet and dry lab teaching
Medical education, including teaching trainees and colleagues
Airway-related quality assurance and improvement projects—you're encouraged to take the lead on projects that interest you, with full institutional support for research and innovation
