Positions are advertised on the hospital website (mh.org.au) in March, and are usually open until early June.

You can only officially apply during this period.

50:50 split between cardiac anaesthesia and general provision i.e. 2 cardiac lists a week.

They treat paediatric cardiac patients who are transitioning to adult care and have the occasional parturient with cardiac problems.

EP services and TAVR service.

No heart and lung transplantation.

Able to achieve echocardiography qualification through the University of Melbourne.
