Fellowship program includes cardiac anesthesia, cardiac postoperative intensive care, perioperative echocardiography and major thoracic and vascular surgical procedures. There will be exposure to wide variety of cases which includes adult major valve repairs, surgery for the newborn and pediatric age group, heart and lung transplantation, implantation of the latest ventricular assist devices, and aorto-coronary bypass procedures. The Fellow will assist in looking after complex and rare, as well as predominant, congenital cardiac cases.
