Fellowship split between QEII health Sciences Centre and the affiliated hospitals of the University of Rwanda. Opportunity to participate in courses relevant to global anaesthesia, work for approximately three months in Rwanda as part of the CASIEF programme, practise clinical anaesthesia in Halifax, supervise residents from a developing country and prepare an abstract and/or attend the Canadian Society for International Health's Canadian Conference on Global Health
After completing the program, you will be well prepared for a career in global health work and will fully understand exactly what is needed to establish an anesthesia training program in a developing country.
