Fellows will design and run a simulatin based research project. They will also partake in research projects already running.
Fellows will undergo an intensive simulation instructor course as well as an ACLS instructor course. They will also become involved with teaching at the anaesthesia journal club
Fellows will have one non-clinical day per week for research time, with the remainder of their time performing normal clinical suites in the OR.
