Training in all aspects of paediatric anaesthesia: cardiac, thoracic, abdominal, craniofacial, neurosurgery, ENT, orthopaedic, urological and transplant surgery, as well as anaesthetic support in distant site such as cardiac catheterisation, interventional radiology and diagnostic radiology.
Fellows will take part in the acute pain service with additional exposure to the chronic pain service if requested.
Regular lectures and case based discussions take place as well as weekly departmental meetings and regular simulation sessions.
Fellows will be allocated one day a week non-clinical time to participate in research projects within the department.
