60% of time spent in Pain Management Center, with time split between assessing new and follow-up patients in pain clinic and performing interventional procedures.
20% of time is spent leading the in-hospital pain consult service. This service will see 5-10 patients per day.
The remaining 20% of time will be spent rotating through neurology, physical medicine &rehabilitation, anaesthesiology/airway and psychiatry, with two weeks spent in each.
Two hours per week didactic time is provided and fellows will also be expected to lead some of the teaching. Research is encouraged.
