Large 750-bed DGH.
Trauma and Orthopaedic service performing around 500 total hip and total knee arthroplasties per year.
Plastics service including hands, head and neck, breast reconstruction, paediatrics and burns.
Also Upper GI, colorectal, urology, ENT, maxillofacial, Vascular, Obs & Gynae and ophthalmology.
Large number of consultants performing blocks. Fellows will also help organise and run the twice yearly Ultrasound Guided Regional Anaesthesia Course.
Opportunity to present posters at international regional anaesthesia meetings.
